TubeKit AI is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that provides AI-powered analytics and content creation tools for YouTube content creators. Our platform offers various AI tools including channel analysis, comment analysis, cover image creation, niche discovery, video idea generation, and more.

2 Account and Membership

You need to create an account to use our platform. When creating an account:

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
You are responsible for your account security
You must be over 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent

3 Credit System and Payments

TubeKit AI uses a credit-based payment system. Each AI tool consumes a certain amount of credits. Payments are processed by our payment service provider, Stripe; your credit/debit card details never reach our servers and are not stored by us. Purchased credits are digital content delivered to your account at the time of payment and are non-refundable; unused credits remain in your account indefinitely. In case of an erroneous or duplicate charge, contact us at info@tubekitai.com to request a review. Prices may change without prior notice, but your existing credits will not be affected.

4 Content and Intellectual Property

All rights to content created using our AI tools (cover images, video ideas, analyses, etc.) belong to you. However, you are responsible for using the content legally. Copyright infringement, misleading content, or illegal use is strictly prohibited.

5 Service Usage Restrictions

It is prohibited to abuse our platform, damage our systems, exploit using automated systems (bots), or engage in behavior that negatively affects other users' experience. Your account may be suspended or permanently closed when such behavior is detected.

6 Limitation of Liability

TubeKit AI does not guarantee the accuracy of AI tool results or improvement in your YouTube channel performance. Our tools are for assistance purposes and final decisions belong to the user. Our company cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.

TubeKit AI is operated by Stimilon LLC, a limited liability company formed in Wyoming, USA. Address: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding its conflict of law rules, and the courts of Wyoming shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms.
